Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Solutions Associate to manage workforce compliance and client advisory on HR matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and conduct audits of workforce data
  • Advise clients on labor law changes and assist in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Manage benefits administration and provide support for onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, workforce management, or benefits administration
  • Solid understanding of employment regulations at federal, state, and local levels
  • Proficiency in HRIS and workforce management software
  • Turkish language proficiency is a plus
