Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Solutions Associate to manage workforce compliance and client advisory on HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and conduct audits of workforce data
- Advise clients on labor law changes and assist in developing HR policies and procedures
- Manage benefits administration and provide support for onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, workforce management, or benefits administration
- Solid understanding of employment regulations at federal, state, and local levels
- Proficiency in HRIS and workforce management software
- Turkish language proficiency is a plus
