HR Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic HR initiatives across U.S. operations, the full-time HR Solutions Manager will implement innovative HR solutions, manage employee relations, and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Inform and execute HR strategy aligned with business priorities and support diverse associate populations
• Implement standardized employee relations processes and handle escalated investigations
• Lead HR integration efforts for M&A activities and monitor HR service delivery metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR business partner role
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a global context
• Proficient in data analytics and tools, including advanced Excel capabilities
• Experience managing complex employee relations issues and organizational changes
