Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Special Ops Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage technological capabilities
Ensure adherence to project schedules and work effectively with peers to complete projects
Test system changes, analyze data, and design flows for process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in system documentation, training, and change analysis
2+ years of continuous improvement, process design, and using data to identify root causes and deploy solutions
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
