Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Special Ops Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage technological capabilities
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and work effectively with peers to complete projects
  • Test system changes, analyze data, and design flows for process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in system documentation, training, and change analysis
  • 2+ years of continuous improvement, process design, and using data to identify root causes and deploy solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
