Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, HR Local Representative (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for U.S. employees' HR inquiries and manage onboarding and termination processes
• Support employee benefits administration and collaborate with payroll for accurate processing
• Maintain HR systems, ensure compliance with labor laws, and prepare HR-related documents

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in U.S. human resources roles
• Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with HR software systems for data management and benefits administration
• Experience supporting payroll coordination or working closely with payroll teams
