Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Specialist to provide support to the Human Resources team by coordinating key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, maintain, and audit employee information in the HRIS system, including new hires and terminations
  • Support processing and documentation of job changes and organizational structure updates
  • Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers while ensuring compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or related administrative roles
  • Experience with HRIS systems and understanding of personnel processes
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or fast-paced environments is a plus
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other HR certifications are a plus
