Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Specialist to provide support to the Human Resources team by coordinating key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, maintain, and audit employee information in the HRIS system, including new hires and terminations
- Support processing and documentation of job changes and organizational structure updates
- Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers while ensuring compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or related administrative roles
- Experience with HRIS systems and understanding of personnel processes
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or fast-paced environments is a plus
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other HR certifications are a plus
