Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Specialist to provide support for immigration-related processes within the Human Resources Service Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource on visa matters and provide guidance to management and staff
• Coordinate the visa process for international staff and manage new hire documentation
• Process HR transactions in HR systems and address inquiries from employees and departments

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience required
• Five years of related experience in human resources or payroll activities
• Prior experience with visa and immigration processes preferred
• Ability to research and communicate HR policies and regulations
• Experience in managing and processing HR transactions accurately and timely
