Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Specialist to support workforce-related activities for the Veterans Health Administration's RISE Implementation initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personnel realignment efforts and track workforce changes
  • Analyze workforce impacts of organizational changes and support coordination with functional leads
  • Develop implementation tools and ensure workforce considerations are integrated into planning and execution
Required Qualifications
  • 6 years of federal HR experience
  • High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Consulting experience with large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S
