Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Specialist focused on Employee Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns
- Maintain a comprehensive tracker of employee queries and conduct quarterly analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams to efficiently address and resolve employee concerns while ensuring confidentiality
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of employee experience best practices and HR policies
- Good knowledge of US FMLA, STD, ADA, and LTD processes
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
