Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Specialist focused on Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracker of employee queries and conduct quarterly analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to efficiently address and resolve employee concerns while ensuring confidentiality
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of employee experience best practices and HR policies
  • Good knowledge of US FMLA, STD, ADA, and LTD processes
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
