Job Summary

Seeking a temporary HR Specialist, the remote position will manage employee relations, coach managers on HR best practices, and support performance management processes to ensure a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle employee relations matters with sound judgment and compliance, conducting investigations and partnering with managers on performance improvement
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on day-to-day HR questions, helping them navigate team dynamics and performance concerns
  • Support the full performance management cycle, ensuring managers are equipped for effective goal setting and performance discussions
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations Specialist
  • Familiarity with HR operations, including leave of absence processes and compliance with employment laws
  • Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday
  • Strong understanding of performance management processes
