Job Summary

To support an automotive organization, the experienced HR Specialist will provide remote, contract-based HR support by managing employee inquiries, resolving workplace matters, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and workplace concerns, ensuring high service standards
• Handle HR cases from intake to resolution, maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with legal, payroll, and other HR functions to address complex issues and enhance service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 3 years of HR experience with a focus on employee support and policy interpretation
• Background in HR administration, onboarding, and employee relations
• Proficiency in HR technology such as Workday and Salesforce for case management
• Experience in regulated environments, ensuring careful handling of sensitive employee information
