Job Summary
Supporting client HR engagements and internal HR matters, the full-time remote HR Specialist will coordinate onboarding, assist with terminations, and implement payroll and benefits systems while aligning with US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including offer paperwork and background checks
- Assist with employment terminations and related documentation
- Support the implementation of PEO, payroll, and benefits systems for clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience supporting US companies or startups
- Experience with US payroll, HR administration, and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with PEO models and multi-state HR support is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS/payroll systems
