HR Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting senior living and long-term care clients, the full-time HR Specialist will manage day-to-day HR casework, interpret HR policies, and assist with Customer Success administrative tasks in a hybrid remote role with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage HR casework for assigned clients, triaging cases and supporting employee relations matters
• Assist the Client Engagement team with report requests and access management
• Provide navigation support for HRIS systems, specifically UKG Ready

Required qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 1 to 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a PEO, consulting, multi-client, or healthcare environment
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG Ready preferred), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
