Job Summary

Fluent in both French and English, the fully remote HR Specialist Canada will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring alignment with Canadian employment legislation across various business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full cycle recruitment for Canadian roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Act as the primary resource for employee relations matters and provide HR advisory support to managers
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian employment law and administer HR policies and benefits programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CPHR, SHRM CP) is considered an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with distributed teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in Canadian employment law and employee relations
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
