Job Summary
Supporting HR operations for the DACH region, the remote HR Specialist - Germany will manage employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR policies and day-to-day HR matters
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and benefits administration
- Monitor changes in employment legislation and ensure HR policies remain compliant and up to date
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR principles and local employment laws
- Work experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Awareness of cultural differences
