Job Summary

Supporting multiple client companies in a remote capacity, the HR Specialist I will provide day-to-day HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver HR services including administration, onboarding, compliance assistance, and performance management across multiple client accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and support change management efforts during HR program rollouts
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Specialist, Consultant, or Business Partner roles, preferably in a client-facing capacity
  • Prior experience working in a multi-client environment is required
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus
