Job Summary

Supporting multiple client companies in a fully remote, hourly role, the HR Specialist II will manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver HR services including onboarding, compliance assistance, and performance management for multiple client accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and support management efforts during HR program rollouts
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist, Specialist, Consultant, or Business Partner roles, preferably in a client-facing capacity
  • Prior experience working in a multi-client environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and relevant software applications
