Job Summary
Focusing on digital adoption and change management for IT/Tech projects, the full-time HR Strategic Change Partner will collaborate with technical teams to streamline product launches and ensure effective end-user training while advising leadership on HR program delivery and strategic solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor for assigned clients, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence on tailored solutions
- Lead change management planning efforts, develop communication plans, and anticipate needs for various projects
- Manage a portfolio of work, mentoring associate-level HR strategic partners and ensuring successful outcomes and metrics
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of HR experience with a proven career progression, including knowledge of HR labor laws
- Preferred 7 years of experience in Business/Healthcare with demonstrated career advancement
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SP certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and data interpretation skills
