Job Summary

Focusing on digital adoption and change management for IT/Tech projects, the full-time HR Strategic Change Partner will collaborate with technical teams to streamline product launches and ensure effective end-user training while advising leadership on HR program delivery and strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor for assigned clients, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence on tailored solutions
  • Lead change management planning efforts, develop communication plans, and anticipate needs for various projects
  • Manage a portfolio of work, mentoring associate-level HR strategic partners and ensuring successful outcomes and metrics
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a proven career progression, including knowledge of HR labor laws
  • Preferred 7 years of experience in Business/Healthcare with demonstrated career advancement
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SP certification preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and data interpretation skills
