Job Summary
Leading HR's most critical strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Strategic Programs & Projects Director will drive complex cross-functional programs, manage M&A integrations, and establish governance structures to ensure successful execution of people-related transformations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide program leadership for HR's highest-priority strategic programs, managing end-to-end project plans and accountability across teams
- Drive program management for people-focused M&A integrations, establishing detailed roadmaps and governance mechanisms
- Lead change management and adoption efforts, ensuring alignment and understanding of transformation initiatives among employees and leaders
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale HR programs, transformations, or M&A integrations
- Proven track record of managing organizational change in complex environments
- Strong project management skills, including governance, planning, and risk management
- Experience working with executive stakeholders on cross-functional enterprise programs
- Excellent communication and influence skills with a strong business acumen
