HR Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, HR-III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including monitoring case load and ensuring quality and accuracy
• Inspire and motivate direct reports while establishing productive routines for recognition and development
• Consult with HR Leadership on process improvements and make decisions regarding hiring and performance actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related business degree preferred
• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, with specialist experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience supervising employees directly
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Case Management systems
• Highly organized with the ability to plan and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
