HR Supervisor Onboarding Services
Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Supervisor, Onboarding Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership, supervision, and support of Onboarding Services functional areas
- Manage team's workload, including assignment of tasks for special projects and training team members
- Interface directly with background vendors and program management to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Leidos onboarding, human resources policies and procedures
- Experience with Workday HCM platform
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field with 3+ years' experience in HR or related field
- Experience leading or managing a team of 5 or more in an Onboarding Services environment
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is preferred
