Job Summary
Managing the delivery of centralized HR support services, the full-time HR Support Center Manager will oversee operations related to employee lifecycle situations, ensuring efficient and customer-focused support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR Support Center operations and the Coordinator team, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
- Supervise and develop staff, establishing performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback
- Oversee case management systems to ensure compliance and effective resolution of complex HR inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in human resources management
- Customer call center experience preferred
- Master's Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and labor laws
