Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize HR processes
• Automate new workflows and upgrade existing ones to improve efficiency and user experience
• Configure HR systems and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the solution lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing or re-engineering processes/products
• Track record of writing clear business and functional requirements documents
• Hands-on experience building or improving HR processes and workflows
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT and system-integration principles
• Technical aptitude for automating workflows with no-/low-code platforms
