Job Summary
HR Systems Administrator is a full-time position responsible for managing HR systems operations, data administration, and providing tier 2-3 support for HR system issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain HR system settings, manage performance cycles, and support HR processes
- Administer HRIS data, perform audits, and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Act as a primary escalation contact for complex HR system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems administration
- Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms, preferably UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
- Experience with HR system integrations and data flow management
