Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to support the administration and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules
  • Configure and maintain HR business processes and security roles in Workday
  • Build advanced reports and dashboards to deliver actionable HR insights
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting or administering Workday HCM
  • Functional knowledge of Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules
  • Experience configuring HR business processes and security roles in Workday
  • Experience building advanced Workday reports and dashboards
