HR Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst with experience in Workday HCM, Learning, and Talent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and delivery of Workday updates and system optimization
• Gather and write functional requirements, develop test plans, and conduct various tests
• Serve as a subject matter expert and recommend new solutions to support HR strategy and operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in HR systems
• Experience with Workday Pro is highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience configuring and maintaining Workday across multiple modules
• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering with functional and technical teams
• US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
