Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to design, optimize, and scale systems that power the global employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HiBob, Greenhouse, and related tools, ensuring data integrity and system performance
- Design scalable workflows for hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, while automating processes to reduce manual work
- Own integrations across HR, Finance, and IT systems, managing APIs and data flows for a unified system
Qualifications
- 4-7+ years in HRIS / People Systems roles
- Experience with HiBob (or similar HRIS) and Greenhouse (or ATS)
- Strong skills in SharePoint, Power BI, and workflow automation
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
- Proficiency in Excel; SQL preferred
