Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to support the implementation of a new HRIS and enhance their people technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration to a new HRIS platform, including system configuration and data migration
- Provide core HR systems support by implementing new workflows and analyzing existing setups for improvements
- Drive HR data management and reporting quality projects, ensuring compliance with data regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience administering HRIS platforms in organizations with over 5,000 employees
- Experience with end-to-end HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Proficiency in HRIS configuration, workflows, and reporting tools
- Advanced knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting
