Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst with experience in Workday HCM, Learning, and Talent systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of Workday updates and enhancements
  • Monitor forums for solutions and optimize Workday configurations based on internal processes and market trends
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements, develop test plans, and support cross-functional projects focused on improvement and automation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in HR systems; additional experience may substitute for education
  • Experience with Workday Pro is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience configuring and maintaining Workday modules
  • Ability to facilitate requirements gathering with functional and technical teams
  • US citizenship is required and the ability to obtain security clearance as needed
