Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time HR Systems Analyst will manage the administration and continuous improvement of HR systems, focusing on UKG and Greenhouse, while collaborating with HR Operations and other business functions to enhance workflows and support data integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analyst and subject matter expert for HR systems, particularly UKG and Greenhouse
- Oversee HR systems administration, including data maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration updates
- Support reporting and audit activities by building and validating reports and conducting system reconciliations
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in HR systems, HR operations, or people analytics
- Hands-on experience administering HR systems and supporting employee lifecycle processes
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR systems integration
- Experience with reporting, data validation, and issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
