Job Summary
Acting as a technical resource for HR systems, the full-time HR Systems Analyst will manage system performance and reliability for Workday Payroll, troubleshoot user issues, and recommend enhancements, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain daily HR system activities, including data validation, reporting, and integrations
- Create and validate reports within HR systems, ensuring actionable output and security of information
- Train HR and Payroll team members on system usage and document procedures for users
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of technical system experience with a focus on system performance and complex reporting
- Expertise in Workday, including the latest technology and product offerings
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Services, Business, or Quantitative Methods
- Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office products
