HR Systems and Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems and Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide system administration/technical support for multiple HR systems
• Support employee and HR use of HR systems by addressing questions & troubleshooting issues
• Participate in the review, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, modifications, and new releases

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with prior HRIS and/or Talent systems experience required
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP preferred
• Prior systems implementation experience a plus
• Solid understanding of core HR business practices
