Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Systems and Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide system administration/technical support for multiple HR systems
- Support employee and HR use of HR systems by addressing questions & troubleshooting issues
- Participate in the review, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, modifications, and new releases
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with prior HRIS and/or Talent systems experience required
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Prior systems implementation experience a plus
- Solid understanding of core HR business practices
