Job Summary

To enhance HR technology initiatives, the full-time remote HR Systems Business Analyst will manage stakeholder partnerships, assess impact statements, and ensure effective communication across HR systems including HRIS and HCM.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate status updates and blockers for enhancement requests across HR technology systems
  • Partner with HR business teams to define problem statements and prioritize requests within the employee lifecycle
  • Validate business justifications and apply impact scoring for HR technology enhancements
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with HR systems, HRIS, or HCM platforms
  • Deep understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Proven experience in HR technology implementations and system integrations
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce and Workday configuration experience
  • Workday HCM and Salesforce Certification strongly preferred
