Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Systems Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide systems support on the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), including configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and documentation
  • Support integration of other tools with HRMS
  • Specialize in one or more areas of HRMS, such as Global Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement tools
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of HRIS work experience or equivalent combination
  • Experience coordinating and leading projects
  • Experience responding to HR-related questions, problems, and data information requests
  • Proficiency in Human Capital Management Systems (PeopleSoft/Workday) and database management
  • Experience with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
