Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Systems Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis of international HR management systems
• Evaluate HR requirements and develop understanding of necessary features for system transition
• Create RFP, solicit vendor proposals, and provide expert guidance on system selection

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transitioning to global HR systems
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes in a multinational context
• Experience in HR system evaluations and vendor assessments
• Strong project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field
