Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in HRIS management and LMS administration
• Recent experience with ADP Workforce Now and Relias
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
• Strong project management skills
