Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HR Systems Governance and Audit Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with HR systems and processes
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external audits for HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in information security, process auditing, or compliance, preferably in HR systems or a similar IT domain
  • Knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance principles, standards, and best practices
  • ITIL Certification or related experience in risk management for cloud technologies
  • Experience with Workday is preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, data privacy laws, and compliance regulations
