Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, People Infrastructure and Systems Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the first global HRIS and ensure data integrity and compliance
• Redesign employee lifecycle processes for improved efficiency and establish service-level agreements
• Drive the integration of knowledge management tools with HR systems to enhance collaboration and access

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in HR operations and global systems implementation
• Experience leading HRIS implementation and managing systems integrations
• Strong understanding of HR life cycle and global compliance
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proven ability to build and manage diverse, high-performing teams
