HR Systems Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the portfolio of HR platform, configuration, process design, and integration within HR's SuccessFactors HR platform and other HR systems
• Contribute to ongoing organizational transformation with a focus on process automation and own, improve, and maintain HR systems
• Partner with leaders in HR and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective support for NetApp's growth

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience delivering HR Systems automation or HR system implementation projects
• 5+ years of strong foundation in project management, including intake and demand management, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including leadership and executives
• Experience in HR ERP implementations and projects, especially in a technology business environment
• Experience with SuccessFactors configuration
