Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Manager responsible for overseeing the HR Systems technology stack and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and adjust the HR Systems enhancements roadmap
• Manage the development, implementation, and operation of HR Systems applications and People Analytics
• Lead and oversee HR Systems Analysts to ensure high performance and effective user adoption of new systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Systems experience, including system configuration and implementation
• 1+ years of management experience
• Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in HR data analysis
• Bachelor's degree
• Working knowledge of Dayforce
