HR Systems Manager

Job Summary

Acting as the internal Workday helpdesk and HR technology expert, the remote HR Systems Manager (Workday & AI) will optimize HR processes, manage automation workflows, and streamline Workday configurations while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide primary support for internal Workday queries, troubleshooting configurations, and resolving data discrepancies
• Lead the HR department in utilizing generative AI tools and automation workflows for improved efficiency
• Audit and refine Workday configurations and data architectures to ensure operational scalability and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience with Workday system administration and configuration
• Workday PRO HCM certification is a strong advantage
• Experience with generative AI tools and their integration with big data for decision-making and reporting
• Familiarity with tech stack platforms such as Lattice, Greenhouse, Jira, Google Workspace, and ADP is desirable
• Proven experience in managing system integrations and data cleaning operations
