Job Summary
Balancing day-to-day people operations with ownership of HR systems, the full-time remote HR Systems Operations Specialist will support the HR lifecycle from onboarding to payroll and compliance while managing data integrity and system enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors, including payroll and benefits administration
- Serve as the primary administrator for HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports for decision-making
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes using technology and implement system enhancements
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, people operations, or related fields, with a focus on employment law or compliance
- Hands-on experience managing and administering HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of core HR practices and compliance requirements, particularly in multi-state contexts
- Experience transitioning from a PEO to in-house HR preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a comfort in managing sensitive information
