Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain a comprehensive report and data repository, ensuring timely updates and adherence to reporting guidelines
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of HR reports and dashboards, translating business needs into technical specifications
- Monitor customer satisfaction with report requests and provide training and support for effective report utilization
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive technical system experience focused on advanced reporting and data optimization
- Expertise in Workday, including report product offerings such as Prism and People Analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Workday reporting processes
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Services, Business, or Quantitative Methods
- Preferred technology certifications and completion of Management/Leadership training programs
