Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager HR Systems Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain a comprehensive report and data repository, ensuring timely updates and adherence to reporting guidelines
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of HR reports and dashboards, translating business needs into technical specifications
  • Monitor customer satisfaction with report requests and provide training and support for effective report utilization


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive technical system experience focused on advanced reporting and data optimization
  • Expertise in Workday, including report product offerings such as Prism and People Analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Workday reporting processes
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Services, Business, or Quantitative Methods
  • Preferred technology certifications and completion of Management/Leadership training programs
