Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Systems Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in HRMS projects, including system assessment, selection, and implementation
- Process payroll and lead PEO transition efforts
- Translate technical knowledge effectively to diverse audiences and support project milestones
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with HRMS systems like UKG, Paycom, Paylocity, and ADP
- Ability to work flexible hours and schedules
- Knowledge and experience in maintaining and optimizing HR Management Systems
- Experience in navigating and implementing HRMS systems
- Experience in processing payroll and leading PEO transition efforts
