HR Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Workday account structures, ensuring data integrity and configuration
• Develop and maintain Workday system queries and reports for HR staff and end users
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide support for HR customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources systems, HRIS, or IT systems
• Exposure to data management or HRIS, preferably with Workday experience
• Experience in writing basic reports in an HRIS or strong Excel skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience with internal stakeholders
