HR Systems Specialist

Job Summary

HR Systems Specialist, responsible for administering and enhancing HR systems in a full-time remote role, ensuring efficient operations and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and provide technical support for multiple HR systems
• Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot and enhance system performance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with HRIS administration experience
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Experience with data analytics tools and familiarity with emerging AI tools preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel
