Job Summary
Managing HR operational excellence and compliance, the full-time HR Systems Specialist will provide system support, oversee reporting analytics, and ensure documentation of HR processes while working remotely within the designated footprint and occasionally traveling to Lancaster, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a system administrator and subject matter expert for HR systems, providing technical support and managing system development and upgrades
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards using advanced tools, ensuring data accuracy and supporting HR program measurement
- Document HR procedures and workflows, recommending improvements for operational effectiveness and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in HR Administration, Business Administration, or Project Management
- 3 or more years of experience as a power user in HR systems, with a focus on one or more modules
- 3 or more years of experience designing content and managing integrated applications and projects
- 3 or more years of experience with Workday (preferred)
- Proficiency in advanced tools for report writing and data visualization, including Power BI and Excel
