Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Specialist, Workday

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning Teams to analyze needs and change requests within Workday
Perform hands-on configuration and testing of updates to the Workday modules
Provide recommendations for improvements to current processes within the Workday system

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT, or related discipline
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Workday HRIS
Knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Learning and Development preferred
Ability to combine HR functional knowledge with Workday technical expertise
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information
