Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time HR Talent Scout will manage recruitment activities, enhance candidate engagement, and optimize HR processes in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, post, and optimize job openings while managing application and screening processes
- Conduct initial screening calls and collaborate with department managers to define role requirements
- Present job offers to successful candidates and manage onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience in HR or recruitment
- Background in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Experience in performance coaching
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
