Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time HR Talent Scout will manage recruitment activities, enhance candidate engagement, and optimize HR processes in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, post, and optimize job openings while managing application and screening processes
  • Conduct initial screening calls and collaborate with department managers to define role requirements
  • Present job offers to successful candidates and manage onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in HR or recruitment
  • Background in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
  • Experience in performance coaching
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
