Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Talent Scout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, post, and optimize job openings while managing application and screening processes
  • Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates in collaboration with department managers
  • Develop and document HR procedures, manage onboarding, and organize team events to foster engagement
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role
  • Experience in recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
  • Background in performance coaching
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
