HR & Talent Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, and manage the full-cycle recruiting pipeline
• Design and improve the new hire onboarding experience while coordinating logistics for new employees
• Champion a cohesive culture by running employee engagement surveys and organizing team rituals and recognition programs

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of HR management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced SMB environment
• Demonstrated experience owning hiring processes end-to-end
• Track record of building or improving HR programs from the ground up
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ATS tools
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and a highly organized approach
