Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR & Talent Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys the full breadth of the people function.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, and manage the full-cycle recruiting pipeline
- Design and improve the new hire onboarding experience while coordinating logistics for new employees
- Champion a cohesive culture by running employee engagement surveys and organizing team rituals and recognition programs
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of HR management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced SMB environment
- Demonstrated experience owning hiring processes end-to-end
- Track record of building or improving HR programs from the ground up
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ATS tools
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and a highly organized approach
